A timber log store is a beautiful way of keeping your firewood in prime condition for burning, whilst also easily accessible. We design and make a range of log stores to suit different gardens and spaces and are always happy to take on bespoke commissions. We make up orders quickly, and are happy to deliver and build your finished wood store across Stroud, Gloucestershire, the Cotwolds, and beyond if required.

The Selsley log store

Standard dimensions: 165cm wide x 70cm deep x 140cm tall (can be altered).
All timbers pressure treated giving 15 years of protection against rot and insect infestation.
Slatted raised base and gap at top for good air flow to help keep wood dry.
Waterproof roofing membrane beneath roof slats for additional weather protection.
Solidly constructed with 75mm x 75mm support posts.
Holds approximately 1 cubic metre of logs.

A kindling shelf is a really useful addition to keep small kindling separate from your main logs, and easy to collect.

Prices start from £10 depending on the overall dimensions of your log store.

Additional Options - doors

All our log stores can be fitted with doors if desired. These doors are slatted to ensure good ventilation, whilst also keeping your logs secure, protected from the elements, and tidily out of view. Prices depend on the size of the overall store, please ask for an individual quotation. It is easy to have a door on just one side, or to combine doors with a kindling shelf, please just ask.

Fully bespoke log store

Sometimes you need a firewood store that is a little bit different. If you have a tricky space to fill, or an exact style in mind, we can help.

Stuart is very happy to take on bespoke commissions to suit individual needs. Please get in touch with him to discuss options. If needed, he can also do a site visit within the Stroud / Gloucester / Cheltenham / Cotswolds area.

The picture shows the construction of a log store that was commissioned to match an existing log store. As you can see in the completed image below, once it is tiled with specially ordered slates, and weathers a little, it matches beautifully.
